Prices
All prices in our store are listed in SEK and USD, including 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices set by the supplier and therefore retain the right to adjust the price.
The applicable price is the one shown in the online store on the day the order is placed. Starnila reserves the right to change prices.

Product Information
As color variations may occur depending on your screen, we cannot guarantee the exact appearance of the products. We also reserve the right for any printing or typographical errors on the website.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location in the world.
Late delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address. Delivery time is indicated in the shopping cart under the selected shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it will be specified on the product page.

Delivery times are estimated.
Between 2–6 business days
If you have chosen cash on delivery as the shipping method, your items will be held at the post office for four weeks. Unclaimed items will be returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling, and processing fees, currently 150 SEK. Starnila always offers FREE SHIPPING for our customers within Sweden. For other countries, a shipping fee of 49 SEK applies.
Purchase & Payment
Our payment options are secure. We offer Klarna, card payments, PayPal, invoice, and direct bank transfers. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to make purchases on Starnila.
Unclaimed shipment
The package will be held at the post office for 7 days before being returned to us. If you wish to cancel your purchase and return the item, you must first pick up the package and then send it back. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Starnila reserves the right to charge fees that arise if the customer does not pick up their package. If this fee is not paid, the claim will be sent to collections.
Force Majerue
Starnila is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as strikes, fire, flooding, labor disputes, changes in legislation, war, failure of delivery from suppliers, sabotage, restrictions, warnings, sales bans, or similar events.
